Welcome to this protected corner of the internet where one truth reigns supreme:

“Life is Better with Therapy”

In your quest to keep it all together, have you lost sight of yourself?

People trust you with a lot—at work, at home, in your relationships—and you deliver. You’ve always had it together. But at what cost?

You work so hard every day to please others or meet the high standards you’ve set for yourself, but for one reason or another, this strategy isn’t working anymore. Things are off, and you’re feeling exhausted, defeated, or isolated. It’s time to invest as much in yourself as you do others.

Are you tired of carrying the weight of all those expectations?

Are you tired of feeling on edge, exhausted, or insecure? Are your relationships suffering because you’re unable to stay present? Maybe it’s hard to say exactly what’s wrong, but something’s not right. You know life could be better.

We can begin right now to create the sort of life you crave

No matter where you’re headed, we can figure it out together. In our sessions, we’ll get to know the real you. Bring your joy, rage, and tears. Your anxieties, quirks, and heartbreak—it’s all welcome here!

Together, we’ll build a trusting relationship so you can comfortably unpack all the complexities of life. I’ll help you stop performing and bring your best self forward.

Ready to get started?

Therapy is a space for you. During our time together, I want you to feel celebrated as you work through the things you’re handling in life right now.

Watching you embody your empowering truths, and supporting you to arrive at them, is why I do what I do. I became a therapist so that we could do this important work together.

And if you’re still not convinced…

Here’s How I Can Help

When you invest in therapy, you’re investing in:

  • Your Future

  • Your Ancestors

  • The People You Love

  • Your Communities

  • The World

"I believe that by being the best and most healed version of ourselves we can truly make a difference in the world. I’m not an activist or politician, and I’m not able to have any direct impact on the areas of the world where help is needed. But what I can do is make a difference in the small pocket of the world I call home. I can live with integrity and be honest about my feelings, even when they hurt. I can put my whole heart into my work and pay forward the generosity that was shown to me when my world fell apart. I can look after myself, knowing that by healing my own hurts I won’t be passing them on to anyone else. In a society like ours, filled with so many emotionally wounded people acting out their pain, this is possibly the most important work we could ever do—heal our hurts so we don’t pass them on."

Working hard, but with heart.

Working hard, but with heart.

Even though you have to do the work of therapy and growth for yourself, you don’t have to do it alone. I believe in putting in the work. Whether that means supporting someone else or showing up for myself, I want to work hard and use my whole heart to reach for the goals ahead of me.

When we’re working together, I want to provide that same dedication to hard work and heart work in your process. Therapy isn’t a place where you show up to get talked at. You’ll get where you’re going, and I hope to join you on your journey there.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We’ll begin working together once per week. Once you are satisfied with your progress towards your goals, let’s talk about changing the frequency. Based on what they want to work on and how fast they want to get there, I have seen clients as often as twice per week or as occasionally as once per month (and many variations in between).

  • Most definitely! I limit my in-person sessions to one day per week (Friday) because I find that many of my clients feel most comfortable being vulnerable in their own safe space.

I use Zoom for virtual therapy so you’ll get a recurring link for our standing appointments - easy to remember (put it on calendar event) and accessible anywhere in Texas!

  • As a therapist and a therapy-goer myself, I understand that needs change and a good match is central to effective therapy. If at any point you feel we’re no longer suited to creating the change you need, let me know however you feel safest. We can make a plan to help you get connected to another therapist or discontinue your sessions.

  • For a standard 50-minute session, I charge $195.
